David McDowell is a versatile American actor most recently known for his recurring role as Joe in Twenty-Twenties (2026) and Vic in It Falls to Me (2026). His second film as writer/director/actor Reunion (2026) is complete. He played the role of Derek Stevenson (Army veteran, father, husband). Look for it in festivals in 2026. In his directorial debut, he wrote, filmed, and starred in a short called Oopsie Cookie (2024) which won first place in the BTO/Triality Showcase. David also appeared as Detective Morris on Scratched: Killer Felines by Janice Lauren Baker and did voice over work as patient Paul Neilson for an audio book project "Out of Touch". He also played the role of FBI Agent with James Ciccone on his project Intention (2024).
