Mengting Liu was born and raised in China. With the experienced skills in music scoring, audio post-production, and sound design for visual media. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Performance-Violin from her home country and a Master of Fine Arts in Music Scoring and Composition from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
Mengting's path has been marked by recognition for her work, including awards for projects like "The Soup"(Short Film), which received the BEST DRAMA SHORT FILM at APEX Film Awards, and "This is Goodbye" (Short Film), which earned the BEST LGBTQ FILM at the San Francisco International Film Awards.
Her commitment to her craft and creative talents have been the driving force behind her success. Mengting Liu aspires to elevate storytelling through music and sound in the realm of filmmaking and animation.
