Biography

Miroslav Mitic is a writer, director, and producer best known as the creator of the record-breaking Zona Zamfirova film franchise. With over 20 years of international experience, he has developed acclaimed feature films, series, and now the global-format reality show Exchange Challenge. He splits his time between Europe and the U.S., developing original IP at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and innovation. Since 2002, Mitic has produced and co-produced numerous critically acclaimed films, including Nafaka (2006), in partnership with Pierre Spengler (Superman I-III). His work has been awarded at major festivals, including the Grand Prix at the 10th European Co-production Film Festival for The Robbery of the Third Reich (2004), and recognized at Cannes, Berlin, Toronto, Montreal, Rio, Sydney, Kyiv, Vienna, and others.

In 2017, Mitic wrote and produced Zona Zamfirova 2, the most successful film in Serbian cinemas that year. Alongside traditional production, he brings deep knowledge in digital media, content marketing, and business strategy, with experience in IT and distribution models.

Miroslav splits his time between Europe and the U.S., where he continues to develop original IP, including the international film project Constantine the Great and the groundbreaking reality show Exchange Challenge.
