Mel Baker(III)

Mel Baker was born in Sydney, Australia. She is an award-winning writer and producer known for her compelling storytelling and dedication to her craft. Mel was part of the cast and associate producer for the acclaimed Australian documentary The Healing (2022). She co-wrote and produced the short film Say My Name (2023), based on her younger life story from her book Sleeping Under the Bridge (2022). Mel is a published author of six non-fiction books, each reflecting her passion for empowering others in getting through trauma. Her work has earned her numerous accolades, including Indie Producer of the Year (2024) and Author of the Year (2024).
