William Raley is a neurodivergent filmmaker and a graduate of the University of Sunderland with a Master’s degree in Media Production. He has worked in many different roles on films in the North East of England and in Hong Kong, including as a film director, director of Photography, sound recordist, editor, and more. He is best known for his work with Phantasmal Productions, including his directorial debut, the 2025 horror film "The Spectre".
