He previously worked as an analyst for the Mumbai Indians and represented India as part of the Indian men’s hockey team’s analytics unit during the 2012 Summer Olympics, becoming one of the first Indians to contribute to Olympic participation in such a specialized analytical role.

After an intense and disciplined sporting journey, Harishankar stepped into Kollywood around 2020, marking his entry with the web series Paani Poori and several television daily soaps. His breakthrough came with the Disney+ Hotstar series Label, directed by Arunraja Kamaraj, where he portrayed Kumar, a powerful lead character.
