Biography

Paul attended Park View Intermediate and Sam Rayburn High School in Pasadena, Texas, before heading for California as a young 20-something in 1993. Upon arriving in Los Angeles he took a job in Disney's mail-room to pay the bills. There, he got to meet Jeffrey Katzenberger's assistants who started getting him to work for them, establishing the professional relationship that would change his life; when Jeffrey left Disney for Dreamworks, Paul was asked to go and work for him.
