Highlights for Marco include working for three years on James Cameron's Avatar, supervising the creation of the entire digital assets library for the film and being one of only three artists who handled the grooms for Peter Jackson's King Kong.
Marco has been heavily involved in the creation of Weta Digital's proprietary groom system Barbershop, which has been used for blockbuster movies including Rise of the Planet of the Apes, The Adventures of Tintin, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, and The Hobbit trilogy-earning Marco a prestigious Technical Achievement Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
