Emanuel&Co is a German male influencer who openly and authentically talks on social media and in the media about his life with a diagnosed Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). He also regularly raises awareness about his ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) as well as his autism-related symptoms in everyday life.

The DID system has demonstrably more than 25 personality parts, approximately a dozen of whom manage the system’s everyday life as so-called "daily-life alters" and also appear, for example, in media interviews such as the one mentioned by the Siegener Zeitung.

The influencer can be found on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under the handle @emanuelundco and has since become one of the best-known DID influencers in the German-speaking world.

Emanuel&Co gained particular recognition through his interview on the RTL+ "Crimetalk" podcast Hinter verschlossenen Türen, in which he spoke openly about his DID and the subject of "organized violence." He has also gained attention through newspaper articles about him published across Germany, as well as through an episode of no stigma! produced in cooperation with Apotheken Umschau, in which he talked about his life with more than 25 personality parts. The episode is scheduled to be published in 2026.

Emanuel&Co was also an invited interview guest at the "Jahrestagung 2026" continuing-education series at the MH Akademie, founded by renowned psychologist and psychotherapist Michaela Huber. There, he gave psychiatrists and psychotherapists insights, from the perspective of a person directly affected, into his life as an authentic "DID system."

Emanuel&Co is in a relationship with the Vienna-based female influencer Avi&Co, who is also affected by DID and ME. Like Emanuel&Co, she openly and publicly raises awareness about and reports on her conditions under the handle @aviundco.

Emanuel&Co and Avi&Co are considered a unique couple across Europe because they are a romantic couple in which both partners have DID, and they publicly allow their followers and fans to share in their lives as a "well-known system and influencer couple." Due to his relationship with Avi&Co, Emanuel&Co lives between Siegen, Germany, and Vienna, Austria.

Until 2020, the personality part "Fabrice" was also active as the system’s so-called "host" and was predominantly fronting. Following a gastroscopy and the associated anesthesia in May 2020, however, the system awoke without autobiographical memories of its previous life. What initially appeared to the treating physicians to be "total retrograde amnesia" later came to be understood as what is described as a major "host switch." Since that time, the personality part "Fabrice" has been inactive, his autobiographical memories have been inaccessible, and the personality part "Emanuel" took over the "host" role.
