Ian J. O'Connell is a director and cinematographer based out of New Orleans Louisiana. Together with his best friend Dakota Strain he has created his production company Skeleton Films. Skeleton films focuses on experimental and narrative films as well as music videos. There films have played in the Lake Charles film festival and the Down Town Covington film festival.
