Biography

Ava Barber was born on June 28, 1954 in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. She is an actress, known for Good Ol' Days (2017), Hee Haw (1969) and The Lawrence Welk Show (1955). She has been married to Roger Sullivan since June 1972.

Co-owned the Rainbow Music Theater in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee with Lawrence Welk alumnus, Dick Dale, from 1990 to 1996.

Tours as part of the "Four Wunnerful Women" live show, with Lawrence Welk veterans, Ralna English, Gail Farrell and Mary Lou Metzger.

Enjoyed huge success with the recording of "Waitin' At the End of Your Run," and "Bucket to the South" which reached #13 on the Billboard Charts and #12 in Canada(1978)
