Zeynep is a Turkish-Canadian producer, writer, and director whose work spans scripted and unscripted films, digital media series’, and branded content projects with collaborators like NBC, Microsoft, Conde Nast, Rogers Media, Corus Entertainment, Time Out, Lonely Planet, and Muse Entertainment. She has directed interviews with icons like tennis star Venus Williams, astronaut Chris Hadfield, and pop bands Maroon 5 and Roxette, as well as produced global campaigns that have raised awareness and over $1M in funds for the issues impacting our world. As the founder of Radiate Media, she brings story and purpose together by producing cross-platform content and events for social change. She is the congenial and curious host, director, and producer of the "NO CREDIT (2025 - )" video podcast, which debuted its first season on Telus Optik TV and Stream+, exposing 1 million subscribers to the overlooked stories of women+ innovators and creatives. She also produced a pop-up special of this podcast at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival's Sloan Science & Technology Project Pitch event to spotlight filmmakers and supporters working at the intersection of the arts & sciences.
Zeynep is an alumna of the Netflix-Banff Diversity of Voices, Women in the Director’s Chair, and Telus Storyhive programs. She is also the Creative Director of the Firecracker Department, and one of the producers of the Canadian Film Festival's Igniter Challenge. Her latest producing credit, "Last Night Together (2025)," is an award-winning short film supported by the Director's Guild of Canada in BC.
She is developing original IP across formats, including a proof-of-concept short to be shot in Canada and Turkey (and inspired by true events), a doc series about comedians and science, an office comedy series about women scientists, and a feature about a young female math whiz whose calculations during WWII change the course of history (based on real characters).
