Biography

Erin Hurley is an Actor, Model, & Down Syndrome Advocate based in upstate NY. She is known for her lead role in the feature film "Cul de Sac".

She has also appeared in "Strait Undercover", PBS Homework Hotline -"Move to Include", Disney’s "Girl Meets World" & dozens of theatrical productions at Bristol Valley Theater & Cobblestone Arts Center.

Erin has walked as a model in many fashion shows. She has appeared in catalogs and magazines including a seven page feature in "Rochester Woman" magazine. Erin’s speaking engagements include the "She Hustles Talk Show" and many engagements for "Best Buddies".

Erin says "Down Syndrome hasn't prevented me from improving my skills and craft while working towards my acting and modeling goals each day".

I found the courage to speak publicly and share the story of my life and obstacles growing up with Down Syndrome. My message that I like to share with people is that Down Syndrome is not a deterrent from normalcy and that I'm like any other person, with hopes and dreams and good days and bad days.
