Ilkan Devrim Dinc

He is a filmmaker and an academic. The director was born in Istanbul and from the young age he showed an immense interest in arts and science. He studied Animation in college and then he moved to Toronto, Canada. He had his post-graduate degree in Visual Effects production in Toronto and then he turned back to Istanbul and continued to his doctoral education on Cinema Studies. He had his Ph.D. in 2021 and still continues to do some research on Computer Generated Imagery. He had worked couple of years in the Cinema Industry both in Istanbul and Toronto. Since 2017 he works as an academic and also making Independent films. He holds the title of Associate Professor in the department of Animation and also runs the department as head. The director lives and produce his works in the city of Troy.
