Anastasiia Solonevych

Anastasiia Solonevych is a director from Kyiv, Ukraine. In 2021, she graduated from the department of Film and Television Directing at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Her debut short film "As it Was" (co-directed with Damian Kocur) was The Palme d'Or nominated at the Cannes Film Festival in 2023. In 2022 her music video "Kalyna" won best music video section at the International Prague Film Festival. Since 2017, she has been working as a 1st AD, as well as in other positions in commercials, feature films and TV series.
