Her father is a doctor, and her maternal grandfather, Colonel Vishwanath Singh, served in the Indian Army, instilling in her a strong sense of discipline and resilience.

Dimpal's journey into the entertainment world began unexpectedly while she was pursuing her studies in Varanasi. An early heartbreak led her to accept a music album offer, despite having no prior acting experience. Her debut album became a sensation, setting her on a path to stardom.
