Film director and theatre director, university professor of Film directing, and Head of dept. FILM AND MEDIA at the University of MNE; National Delegate of the Assembly of Assoc. of European Film Directors (FERA), President of the Festival Council of Montenegro Int. Film Festival (2020-22), Member of the Film Committee of the Montenegrin Academy of Arts and Sciences (CANU), and Ph.D. in Filmology and Alumny of the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) US Dept. Of State. For seven seasons he was the artistic director of the City Theater in Podgorica (Montenegro's capital) and Vice-President of the Council of National Broadcast Radio Television of Montenegro (2014-17).

For his work in 2002, family magazine NADA from Belgrade (Serbia,
Yugoslavia), in August 2002, has nominated him for Yugoslavian Man of
the year.

He graduated as Student of Generation 1998 from Drama section, and he
has finished his Faculty - one year before deadline. Vukcevic has been
included in category of the best University students in Novi
Sad.

He has graduated Bachelor of Arts of Movie and Theatre directing at
Academy of Arts Novi Sad - Yugoslavia, in class under very well known
movie and theatre director Vlatko Gilic (Films on Cannes film festival
<ul><li>1973, 1977, 1980; Berlin, Oberhauzen, Moscow, New York)</li></ul>

He is one of the most known and best respectable stage and film
director of young generation in state of Montenegro, ex - Yugoslavia.
He is now at position of Main ART Manager of City Theatre Podgorica
(main city in state of Montenegro). He is also University lecturer at
Faculty of Drama Arts - Cetinje (Montenegro, Yugoslavia), for subject
Directing in Movie (Film).
