  • Patrick has a Bachelor in French Studies from the University of Montreal. He taught for a few years in literature, film and theater at the Cégep de Drummondville. In 1994 he published his first novel of horror 5150, rue des Ormes. In 1997, the theater of the Unicorn goes to Montreal his first play , The Adventures of Inspector Hector . His third novel, Sur le seuil ( Alire , 1998) , won rave reviews and inspired a feature film by Eric Tessier, with Michel Côté and Patrick Huard . After Aliss ( Alire , 2000) , which won the 2001 Price Boréal , he signed a psychological thriller , Seven Days of retaliation ( Alire , 2002). In 2001 and 2003 editions Alire have reissued his first two novels, is 5150, rue des Ormes and Le passager. His sixth novel, Oniria ( Alire , 2004) , is a fantastic and horror thriller . He also wrote the seventh episode of La chambre No. 13 , made by (Eric Tessier ), which was broadcast on Radio -Canada on 15 May 2006. In February 2007, after three years of work , it empty lot ( Alire 2007). This is the first novel to be published in large format in the publishing house and the most publicized release of his life story. It was the top sales for several weeks. He published another thriller, Hell.com ( Alire , 2009), which confirmed as a popular writer. Disappointed at not being able to read his prowess to his children, he published in September 2007 , his first novel for young people, in September as Setter , published in a Car . The novel is being film adaptation ( dated 10 July 2011) . He also published in 2010 a second novel for children, Mrs. Wenham, still in editions of a Car . His latest novel , Against God (Hits Head 2010) , is available in bookstores in November 2010 , in Quebec, and in January 2011 in French-speaking Europe . In entrevue3 Patrick Senecal said he wrote a series that is called Malphas short and tell different stories that will happen in a College . The first volume , " The case of predator traps " , is scheduled for November 3, 2011 by Editions Alire . All the novels of M.. Hallman could find themselves in the cinema : On the threshold , 5150 , Rue des Ormes (film) and the seven days of retaliation (film) has already been made . 5150 Elm Street was released in theaters October 9, 2009 while the seven days of the retaliation was on February 5, 2010. Daniel Roby should realize Hell.com aware of the coming years. The author has also scripted the webseries " Red Queen " , presented in spring 2011. Hallman , supported by Olivier Sabino and Daniel Grou ( The 7 Days of Retaliation , 10 ½ ) , created the series covering Michelle Beaulieu (star of 5150 , Street elms and Aliss ) and his journey of adolescence , eventually becoming the very powerful queen in Wonderland ( events recounted in the novel Aliss ) . The first eight episodes of season ten minutes are launched on DVD in March 2012.
