Charmel Catrell is an Actress, Writer, Author and Producer who was born in East St. Louis, IL. She began her career when she landed her first role alongside of Jon Voight in Showtime's hit series "Ray Donovan." A powerhouse of a performer she has went on to land several breakout roles in shows such as "How To Get Away With Murder, "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" and "Bust Down"
