Biography

Louis Amade was born on January 13, 1915 in Ille-sur-Têt, Pyrénées-Orientales, France. He was a composer, known for Populaire (2012), And Now My Love (1974) and Le pays d'où je viens (1956). He died on October 4, 1992 in Paris, France.

He was a important civil servant with the rank of préfet. He signed his early works Ramon De Costa. He was a friend of Yves Montand.
