Tom Clifford was born on March 24, 1956 in Brooklyn, New York, USA. He is an actor, known for Harmagedon (1983), Loving (1983) and Richard Scarry's Busytown: Best Reading Program Ever (1996).

Was the voice of many MTV Celebrity Death Matches. Incl: Charlton Heston, Rodney Dangerfield, Nick Nolte and lots more.

Tom was frequently featured on NBC's Sunday Today as the guest character or political celebrity voice for some of nation's top political cartoonists such as; Tony Auth, Mike Peters, Gahan Wilson, Oliphant and many more. (1988-1990).

Tom appeared on camera as a secret service agent and again as a journalist for Candid Camera (1992).
