Phaedra Crowe

Phaedra Crowe is a queer identifying director and writer born and raised in Cyprus. Crowe started to work professionally in Theatre making her first appearance in Alpha Square's Les Miserables as little Cosette. In the duration of her film studies at the age of eighteen, she directs her first short-film, Lady Clytemnestra, exploring the horrors of the patriarchy and female jealousy in a theatrical noir setting, winning best Drama Horror at the Cyprus Horror Society and Best Horror at Frida Film Festival, along with a Best First Time Director in the Mykonos International. Graduating with her final project, I Want To Be Fish, at age nineteen from London's Metfilm School's filmmaking BA course, she hopes to make a strong return back to horror, while also delving back into her roots and writing for theatre.
