Steven Romero is a producer, actor and film executive who serves as President of Sunset Pictures. With more than two dozen film and series television acting credits, Romero has built a career that spans both the creative and business sides of the entertainment industry.

As a producer, Romero has been involved with films distributed across major platforms and networks including Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, AMC, BET, and BET+. He serves as Producer on Freaky Deaky, a theatrical feature, as well as Producer on Sammy, a theatrical feature biopic based on the life and legacy of legendary entertainer Sammy Davis Jr.

Drawing on his experience in front of the camera as well as film development, financing, production, and strategic partnerships, Romero has transitioned into a broader leadership role within the industry. As President of Sunset Pictures, he focuses on developing and producing commercially viable film and television projects while expanding the company’s slate, talent relationships, and industry partnerships.
