Biography

Rachel is an actor and wellness educator located in Los Angeles California. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting from Arizona State University (ASU) and a Masters of Exercise Science from PennWest. She has taught Exercise and Wellness classes for ASU, Arizona Western College, and Bryan University and worked with clients in the private and public sector including the United States Marine Corps. Rachel is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and Certified Education Provider, teaching yoga since 2011 in Arizona, Hawai'i, and California. Rachel's other certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer, NASM Nutrition Coach, Trauma Informed Yoga (TIY) Teacher, and PADI Open Water Diver (SCUBA). Rachel shifted her focus to concentrate on her acting full time in 2023. Since moving to California, she has studied improv with the Groundlings, and Advanced Acting Techniques and Scene Study with The Margie Haber Studio, The Acting Center, and DBFAA.
