Denizot directed films as early as 1912, with short films like *Come una sorella* and *I segreti dell'anima* (*The Mysteries of Souls*). He is also known for directing *Marvelous Maciste* in 1915 and *Mariella* in 1915.
In 1922, Denizot directed a series of films for Milano Films, including *Il fabbro del convento*, *Maschere rosse*, *La giustizia degli zingari*, *Il re degli zingari*, *La vendetta di Zoe*, *Il terrore*, and *Il forziere dei Mazures*.
His filmography also includes *Maciste medium* (1918), *Maciste atleta* (1918), and *Nantas* (1918), and *Tigris* (1913).
