- Frantisek Stastný was born on November 12, 1927 in Kochánky, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic]. He was an actor, known for A Game Without Rules (1967), Prazská romance (1969) and Cincin (1992). He died on April 8, 2000 in Prague, Czech Republic.
- Frantisek Stastny was a Czech motorcycle road racer. He won five Grand prix races, in 1961 finished 2nd in the world championship in 350cc class.
