- Nerissa Cabral is known for Paano ba ang mangarap? (1983), Bukas luluhod ang mga tala (1984) and Kumukulong dugo (1991).
- When she was new in the comic industry, she was under the tutelage of two veteran comic writers, both named Tony S. -- Tony Velasquez and Antonio S. Tenorio.
