Biography

Danny Krastek is an aspiring director, writer and film critic based in New Jersey. He began work as a filmmaker in high school, creating a variety of comedic short films. His first dramatic film, "Bagman," was critically praised and won several awards. In 2022, Krastek became a student at Montclair State University, where he has produced award winning films such as "Book X" and "My Friend, The Shadow."

Krastek began writing as a film critic for Trill Mag in 2024, as well as becoming a cohost of the film show "Movies Til Midnight" on 90.3 WMSC radio. He also served as a cohost on "The Morning Buzz" on WMSC, as well as the film show "It's Just A Movie" on Hawk+, MSUs official streaming service.
