Maria Angelica Caruso is an American actress, producer, writer, choreographer, and internationally recognized performing artist whose career spans film, television, theatre, and dance. As an actress, she is drawn to complex, emotionally driven roles and projects that explore identity, transformation, resilience, and the human experience.
She is the founder and artistic director of Bodiography and the CEO of M-Train Productions, through which she develops, produces, and tours original work internationally. Her multidisciplinary practice brings together dramatic performance, movement, music, and visual storytelling.
Caruso is also an experienced director, educator, and movement specialist. She previously served as Chair of Performing Arts at La Roche University and continues to lead the university’s College Preparatory Ballet Program.
