Biography

Junhyeok [Eric] Kim is a student attending New York University Tisch School of the Arts majoring in Film & TV at the Maurice Kanbar Institute of Film and Television. His high school was at Gyeonggi Suwon International School in South Korea. "Well-dying" was his first ever filmmaking. His first short film "Well-dying," has won numerous awards and nominations including Bronze REMI Winner at the 56th WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival, 1ST PLACE Winner as Best High School Short at the 23th DC Independent Film Festival, nomination at the 23rd Academy Awards-qualifying deadCenter Festival, nomination at the Canadian Screen Award-qualifying Courts Dun Soir Festival, and many more.
