Biography

David Brooks was born in 1944 in Chelsea, Massachusetts. He was a director and cinematographer, known for The Wind Is Driving Him Toward the Open Sea (1968), Eel Creek (1968) and Nightspring Daystar (1964). He died in 1969.

David Brooks was Arthur Danto's student at Columbia University in the 1960s. Died in an automobile accident in January 1969.
