Catherine Hannah Whitmore Foxx, raised in Georgia, hails from a conservative family and a background in faith music in her local church, where growing up her mother served as a Deacon.

When she came into her own as an adult and started her career in medicine, she found she had a unique gift - being able to talk to individuals and couples about the way they express themselves and love one another, and has made a life for herself helping those with challenges in the realm of human intimacy love one another more freely and find their own voices in their relationships.

Her music is about finding her own way after feeling like her path had been chosen for her, and sharing the hurt and growth of that journey with others to help them find their own voice to be who they want to be.

The difference between feedback and criticism is consent. If you don't create a framework for how to give enthusiastic consent, how to share that something isn't working, or how to tell someone that something feels great and you want more of it, you're missing a key part of communication, and that's remembering that the message isn't about you, it's about the audience.

A lot of neurodivergent people have a really, really hard time dating.
