Paula Lima is a seasoned screenplay consultant, story development expert, and assistant director with over 20 years of experience in the U.S. and Brazil. She has collaborated with writers, directors, and producers across film and television, bringing a unique blend of narrative insight and on-set production expertise to every project. As a 1st and 2nd Assistant Director, her credits include over 25 productions. In parallel, Paula has worked extensively as a consultant and educator, guiding writers through story development, rewrites, and packaging for screen. She works fluently in English and Portuguese and holds an MFA in Motion Pictures & Television.
