Angie Acosta is a special effects makeup artist specializing in body painting, prosthetic application, creature and character design, beauty makeup and practical trauma makeup. Her work focuses on practical makeup effects to enhance characters to support realism and tell mesmerizing storytelling. Based in Metro Detroit, Michigan. Angie attended two makeup schools for her studies. She worked on her first film set at just 18 years old jumping immediately into the industry while attending makeup school. Angie offers makeup services for the film and television industry, music videos, commercial work, photo shoots and fashion projects.
