Luke David Norton is a British filmmaker, producer, and writer noted for his work within the fantasy and historical genres. He gained significant recognition for his music video Ace (or, I wanna be like Sophie Aldred), which won awards at the Cardiff Mini Film Festival, Wrap Film Festival, and the Director Talents Movie Awards.
Norton’s work has premiered at Cannes and the BFI London Short Film Festival. In 2023, he worked with frequent collaborator J. E. Dufton on the musical horror The Devil's Ball and the silent fantasy The Frog Princess. In 2026, he made his solo directorial debut with the WWI thriller The Wire Game. A graduate of the University of Liverpool and the University of West London, Norton balances his cinematic pursuits with his career as a History teacher.
