Biography

Charles is the founder of award winning global media group Twofour, a factual, features & entertainment television producer and content agency. Charles stepped down as Group Chief Executive in 2013 following a sale of the group. He is a former Chairman of the TV trade federation Pact and is now Chief Executive of limesnapper, a company that has invested intensively in property and companies with intellectual property at their heart.

Charles is Chairman of Tin Roof Media, a company who has acquired Blink Films and Outline Productions. Charles is also Chairman of fast growing, London based, media marketing specialist, Earn Studios as well as Chairman of Beagle Media, a corporate communications and thought leadership company. He is Deputy Chair of the UK's number one Arts University - Falmouth.

Charles is a Director of Creative England and Chairman of the Creative England Trading Company.
