Erik Alens was born on May 27, 2001, and raised on Lake Como, Italy. There he developed his creative roots, formally studying fine arts at the Liceo Artistico Fausto Melotti in Cantù and later at the Liceo Artistico L. Fontana in Arese.
Before transitioning to the screen, Alens was a professional swimmer and national team member, he secured several national championships in the 200-meter butterfly and competed internationally most notably at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Győr, Hungary.
After retiring from competitive sports, Alens redirected his focus and drive towards acting, appearing in the HBO series Dune: Prophecy (2024), Last Days (2025), and The Agency (2024).
