Biography

Frankie J. Galvez is an actor, writer, born and raised in Bryan, TX. Before diving into the film world, Frankie enjoyed motorcycling and ATVing. He has always been interested in film and in 2017, a friend approached him about being cast in a short film. From that point forward, Frankie knew acting was his passion. Working diligently on his craft, training and in the film circuit to obtain opportunities, he has landed roles in reputable titles, such as VH1 My True Crime Story, a few music video roles, and his first big role in Lives of Wolves (directed by Juan Telsede) as the dirty, Detective Gates. He explored other production roles on this project as well, such as Executive Producer, Casting, and Location Scouting. He landed the lead role of a damaged soldier, father and husband, in the Only Us pilot and did some trailer work for that production as well. He is extremely interested in obtaining roles that explore the darker, more dramatic or even tormented parts of self. His affinity for film and perceptive eye, leads him to seek out roles with depth and multidimensional characters. Although, he does explore all genres and does have the ability and desire to be whoever is needed for any given production. Frankie is an avid gym goer and has been exploring the art doing his own stunts as well. He's hopeful to leave behind a legacy that his children can watch and be inspired by. Aside from constant training in acting and at the gym, he can also be found developing his writing craft. He is developing his first feature screenplay, Bulldogger.His ultimate goal is to leave behind something that his future generations can be proud of. His children already have an interest in being in front of and behind the camera. His daughter had a small part in Lives of Wolves, and his son wants to use his tech skills to work behind the scenes in film. Proud dad!
