Igor Engler

Igor Engler is a Slovak film producer. He studied Film and Television at the University of the Arts London and later completed a Master’s degree in Producing at the National Film and Television School in the United Kingdom. He is the founder of Dryeye Film. His work includes the feature film Promise, I’ll Be Fine (2024), directed by Katarína Gramatová, which premiered in the main competition at the Tokyo International Film Festival, received seven Czech Lion nominations and won Best Director, and won Best Debut Film at the Cottbus Film Festival. Engler also executive produced the independent feature The Peril at Pincer Point, which premiered at SXSW and received the NEON Auteur Award. In addition to his film work, he co-produces officially licensed Harry Potter film concerts across Central Europe.
