- The beginnings of her directing career were associated with the Theater of the Polish Army in Lódz. Then she worked as an assistant director and an independent director in theaters including in Lódz (New Theaters), Szczecin (Theaters: Presents and Polish), Jelenia Góra (Lower Silesian Theater), Lublin (Juliusz Osterwa's Theater) and Zielona Góra (Theater of the Lubuskie Region). From the 1960s, she was mainly associated with the stages of Wroclaw - first with the Dramatic Theaters, and then with the Polish Theater, where she was the artistic director for many years.
