Brad Burleson directed the documentary short "Tippi & Barb", which tells the powerful story of two Arkansas women who, after facing discrimination following their marriage, become champions for LGBTQIA+ rights nationwide. The film is set to premiere on October 23, 2024 at the Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, reflecting Brad's dedication to impactful storytelling.
As the Producer and Director of Awesome at Content Titan, a Little Rock-based production company, Brad specializes in creating a wide range of media, including films, television commercials, digital content, interviews, and large-scale events. His expertise ensures a seamless and creative production process, allowing stories to come to life across various platforms.
Brad also serves on the board of Low Key Arts and is an alumnus of the Inception to Projection film program, where he remains actively involved in fundraising to support Arkansas' creative community. He holds additional board positions with the Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, where he had produced the nightly events during the nine-day festival, the Hot Springs Area Community Foundation, and the Fordyce High School Alumni Foundation.
His commitment to education and community development is further demonstrated through his work with the Youth Advisory Council, teaching high school students about nonprofits, fundraising, and grant-making. An award-winning filmmaker, Brad has written and directed shorts showcased internationally and is currently producing two feature films, both set to be shot entirely in Arkansas.
Brad divides his time between Little Rock and Hot Springs, where he organizes community events like the World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade and serves as a judge in Stueart Pennington's World Championship Running of the Tubs. His career as a producer, community leader, and educator reflects his deep passion for storytelling, filmmaking, and community engagement.
