Kaela Faloon

Kaela is known for her effortless ability to embrace movement. Her innovative style is performed with honesty, clarity and true passion, derived from her attention to detail, musicality and texture. Kaela always had a natural love for dance, but only enrolled in dance classes at the age of eleven where she grew to learn the foundation of Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and Hip Hop. Her training proved successful when she was honoured to be one of the very few dancers accepted into Ryerson University's dance program. While at Ryerson University, Kaela trained under many acclaimed faculty members from The National Ballet and The Toronto Dance Theatre such as Nadia Potts, Maureen Consolati, Tanya Evidente, Karen Duplisea, Vicki St. Denys, Louis Laberge-Côté, and Derek Sangster. Kaela continued to pursue dance at the professional level following Ryerson University, which lead her to work with many reputable dancers and choreographers in the commercial dance industry; Jessica Castro, Rhapsody James, Tina Landon, Aisha Francis, Galen Hooks, Tracy Phillips, Sean Bankhead, Tiana Gandelman, Antony Ginandjar, Ashley Evans, Luther Brown, Toya Robinson Beadeau, Scott Fordham, Hollywood Jade, Mark Samuels, Caroline Torti and Bree Wasylenko to name a few.
Kaela' s credits include; So You Think You Can Dance S17, All American Homecoming S2, iHeart Radio Music Awards, MMVA'S, TIFF, WE Day, Fashion Art Toronto, Calgary Stampede, Grey Cup, Much Music's Best Dance Crew, Luminato Festival, Summer Rush, Pan Am Games Opening ceremony, music videos - Rihanna, Drake, Snoop Dogg, Nelly Furtado, Shawn Desman, Jully Black, Shawn Mendes, Audio Playground, Karl Wolf, and Jill Barber to name a few. She has also worked with artists on numerous live and touring performances, some of these artists include Megan Trainor, Nick Jonas, Fifth Harmony, Mya, Estelle, Flo Rida, Carly Rae Jepsen, Mia Martina, Massari, Hedley, The Roots, Sharaya J, Basshunter, Kreesha Turner, Anjulie, Bow Wow, Nickelback, Mariana's Trench, Young MC, Sugar Hill Gang, Naughty by Nature, Rob Base and many more. In 2016 Kaela incorporated her heels company, Sensual Heeling, where she trains women and men how to exude confidence in their heels. Kaela's knowledge and understanding of heels is extensive and her passion and talent is undeniable. Her company may be young but she has every intention of Sensual Heeling becoming internationally known.
Kaela is always pushing herself to new limits. There is never an ending in her eyes, only new beginnings, that challenge her to set new standards for herself to grow as a dancer, performer and choreographer. Kaela has a genuine passion for the performing arts and knows that her commitment and devotion will drive her to be all that she can be and so much more.
