Joe began his career in casting for the office of Michelle Jones (Brilliant Casting), the team behind The Adventures of Paddington (2019), working alongside industry veterans on animated projects such as Nikhil & Jay (2024) & The Imaginary (2023).
Since then, Joe has led the casting process across a variety of features for the team at Brilliant Casting, helping champion fresh talent across the animation and wider Film/Television world. Along with winning accolades like ‘Best Ensemble Casting’ at the Cannes World Film Festival.
His recent works include the upcoming features Unstoppable (2026) & The Last Dinosaur.
