Naomi Rice Kenyon Paul is an independent photographer, author, singer-songwriter, director, and actress from New York State. She is the founder of the music project Clouds On Air and the production company Clouds On Air Studio, as well as the author of the book Like A Feather and its prequel If I Could See The Stars.
