Larry Wade is a world-renowned strength and conditioning coach, former professional track and field star, commentator, author, and motivational speaker. A graduate of Texas A&M University and Hall of Fame inductee, Wade was a two-time NCAA National Champion and five-time All-American in the 110m hurdles.
