Biography

Love Añover was born in Alang-alang, Leyte, Philippines. She is known for Dangwa (2015), Pepito Manaloto (2010) and Bayan ko (2013).

Before being discovered, she was vending almost anything - from ready-to-wear apparels in Quiapo market to fish at the wet market of Sta. Mesa - that can earn her money for her daily needs.

Her simple ambition was just to become a saleslady of Shoemart, a chain of shopping malls, or a factory worker abroad.

She initially rejected an offer to replace Dennis Padilla when the latter left the program Kool ka lang (2001) to join a rival network. But she later agreed and was later introduced to the reformatted Kool ka lang (2001) program.
