Behnam (Amir Hossein) Motamedi was born and raised in Tehran, Iran. She started her career in 2006 as a theater / cinema costume designer. She has appeared in several movies and series including Yadoo (2021), Diapason (2019), The Time I Came (2016), Sealed Secret (2013), Fall of an Angel (2011, TV series). And ... her first short film, Delanya (2015), was not up to the mark. So she decided to experiment and learn for 3 years before making her second short film, Gangrene (2019). In 2022, her third short film called Holy Lies, which has not been released yet. Seeley is her last short film written and directed by herself.
