  • Sohrab Fatemi is an Iranian American actor born in Tehran, Iran. He comes from a family deeply rooted in the arts; his father, Jalal Fatemi, is a well-known filmmaker, actor, and painter, while his great uncle is the esteemed poet Sohrab Sepehri. Sohrab's mother is a professional translator.

He completed his high school education in Palos Verdes, Los Angeles, in 2013. Following high school, he attended college in Cupertino, where he studied film and drama for three years. During this time, he was also a semi-professional athlete, participating in various sports, including tennis, soccer, and track and field. Sohrab later transferred to San Francisco State University to study business marketing, taking drama acting classes alongside his business courses. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing.

Throughout his career, Sohrab has worked on a variety of projects, including short films and student films, and served as a stand-in for the film "Ant-Man and the Wasp." He has also done modeling work for brands such as Levi's and Ike Behar, and he has created a few short films of his own.

After completing his education in the United States, he returned to Iran to pursue his acting career in the local film industry, with his father providing support as he got started. In Iran, he studied under acting master Farhad Aeesh, who has played a significant role in his career development. Sohrab made his acting debut in the film "Jooje Tighi," directed by Mastaneh Mohajer. He gained recognition for his role as a villain in the TV series "Sarjookhe" and later appeared in the series "Khatoon," directed by Tina Pakravan. Sohrab continues to act in various feature films and television projects.
