Jerome, known professionally as Maharlika or Harli, is a Stunt actor and Martial artist.

Jerome was born in Philippines to Ilocano/Bisaya mother Weng and Waray/Bicolano father Jimmy. He grew up in challenging neighbourhood in Manila, Philippines. At his early 20s, he started travelling within Philippines to connect deeper to his culture.
