  • Andrij Dobriansky is a policy expert and strategic communicator with over a decade of experience across diplomacy, media, and international affairs. He has moderated panels at UN Headquarters, coordinated video broadcasts for major DC and NYC policy conferences, and made 1,000+ televised appearances since 2014 on outlets including CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, PBS, Newsmax, and NewsNation, with additional notable appearances on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi. He appears on television as a Policy Expert at the Center for U.S.-Ukrainian Relations (CUSUR), and leads delegations as Ukrainian Government Liaison for the Governor George Pataki Center, and has embarked on approximately 20 wartime delegations to Ukraine since 2022 alone.

    In 2026, Andrij Dobriansky was recognized by President Zelenskyy with Ukrainian Order of Merit, 3rd degree, "for a significant personal contribution to strengthening interstate cooperation, supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, charitable activities, and popularizing the Ukrainian state in the world." He previously received the "Amber Heart" from Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2025, for his significant contributions in support of Ukraine in the international arena, and was recognized by the Embassy of Ukraine in the USA (2018) and the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN (2021) for his many years of active leadership on behalf of U.S.-Ukraine relations.

    Andrij is a frequent moderator and speaker on issues surrounding Ukraine, russia, Eastern European culture and identity, Catholic and Orthodox religious practices, and leadership and activism in a global world. He directed a summer Ukrainian arts program for nearly 20 years in the state of Pennsylvania, which recognized him as a Master Artist of Ukrainian Arts in 2006, and has performed numerous times at venues such as Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, The Town Hall, the Palace Theatre, and the Bardavon Opera House. Every Sunday, Andrij directs the Andrey Sheptytskyi Choir and cantors at St. George's Ukrainian Catholic Church in New York City. He can also be seen performing as part of the Dobriansky Brothers at venues such as CitiField, the Prudential Center, and in churches, and festivals across North America.

    For over 15 years, Andrij represented the worldwide Ukrainian diaspora across 80 countries at the United Nations on behalf of the Ukrainian World Congress. He also served for over 10 years as the Director of Communications and Media for the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America.
